Hi! I’m Sunthud Pornprasertmanit. I am a quantitative psychologist interested in advancing best practices in psychological research methodology. My current work focuses on latent variable modeling, particularly structural equation modeling and multilevel modeling.

I serve as a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. I am also interested in applying psychometric methods in industrial–organizational settings, particularly for personnel selection and placement.
